Fastrack Health is a licensed Workplace Rehabilitation Provider in NSW. Our early intervention services extend beyond workers' compensation to CTP, life insurance and income protection claims.
Workplace Rehabilitation Provider Services
Multi-disciplinary case management with a rehabilitation plan covering needs, goals, interventions, responsibilities and timeframes, reviewed on an ongoing basis. We conduct initial, workplace, functional capacity and vocational assessments, develop job placement strategies, and plan collaboratively with the worker, treating providers, employer and insurer.
Pain Management Programs
Persistent pain affects more than the body — mood, activity levels, social engagement and medication reliance all need attention alongside the physical symptoms. Our programs are delivered by clinical or registered psychologists and occupational therapists, combining work conditioning with a fitness component.
Psychology Services
Critical incident stress management, employee assistance program (EAP) support, workplace mediation, pain management, and counselling — confidential support intended to help employees manage workplace and personal challenges. Sessions run 50–60 minutes, with 24-hour crisis access via the Fastrack Hotline.
Allied Health
Occupational therapy, five-stage driving assessments (medical, off-road, on-road, feedback and report), ergonomic evaluations, medico-legal assessments for the NSW Motor Accident Authority, WorkCover NSW and Comcare, and home visits for activities-of-daily-living assessments. Our assessments identify practical, workplace-specific ergonomic improvements.
